During your first appointment we will have an initial assessment and this will involve taking a history of the pain/problem, listening to your concerns, and  a physical observation to assess your posture and alignment, where you will be asked to remove clothing but leaving on undergarments - underwear/shorts and for ladies - please wear a rear clasping bra.

Sports Massage focuses more on specific muscles of the body that have tension, in pain or injured. We will discuss your aims/goals, and how we will work to achieve them. Your treatment will be tailored to you as an individual, your needs, your body and your muscles.
